Check-in: 3pm | Check-out: 11am
Front Desk staff is available from 7am - 11pm. Hotel entry will require a room key outside of these hours. If you plan for an after-hours arrival, please call directly. Emergency after-hours help can be reached at 805.344.0104.

PARKING
Limited on-site parking is exclusive for hotel guests and available on a first come, first serve basis. It is located behind the property, accessible via the very narrow alley left of the entrance to the hotel. If the lot is full or if you drive a larger vehicle, overnight parking is available at the Marsh Street parking structure, located less than a block away from the hotel. Agents at the front desk can provide a validation ticket prior to your vehicle's exit of the parking deck.


TAXES & FEES

Room rates are subject to change. Room rates do not include:

  • 13.5% San Luis Obispo occupancy tax

  • $2.50 + tax daily utility fee

  • $25 + tax daily amenity fee (wireless Internet, self-parking, fax services, Linus Bicycles, and continental breakfast)

DEPOSIT POLICY
All reservations require a credit card deposit of the first night + tax due at time of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations must be canceled 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one room night + tax.

INCIDENTAL HOLD POLICY
A valid credit card is required at check-in. An incidental hold up to $250 will be placed on your credit card at check-in and release upon check out. We do not recommend Debit Cards for use since this hold will freeze funds in the checking account.

GUEST ETIQUETTE

  • Occupancy - All rooms have a maximum double occupancy. The hotel does not provide rollaways or cribs.

  • Groups - Any guest or group reserving more than four rooms is subject to a separate agreement and cancellation policy. Please call the hotel directly for more information.

  • Children - While Granada Hotel & Bistro welcomes guests of all ages, the hotel caters to an adult experience in terms of environment and culture. We ask that all guests carefully monitor their children so as not to affect the experience of our other guests. 

  • Smoking - Our hotel and restaurant are completely non-smoking facilities. Failure to adhere to this policy could result in the assessment of damage charges of $250.

  • Pets - No pets are allowed. Failure to adhere to this policy could result in the assessment of damage charges of $250.
